There were a few people in line, but fortunately the process was quite fast, so it was my turn in about 20 minutes. The counter staff was professional, making the procedures simple.

Overall it's quite convenient, but there are very few cars available possibly because business is very good. There were only two cars to choose from, which was unsatisfactory, considering Korean car performance isn’t very good.

Like: I feel like I got the best price available and the car was great.
Dislike: I wanted to extend the rental and had a very, very hard time getting an agent to answer the phone. After five calls at three different numbers I finally got directed to the weekend agent who helped me-finally!
