Initially, they miscalculated the price and charged me more than the actual amount. I noticed it after I received a notification while I was already driving. They said they would refund the difference when I return the car, but I also need to confirm with my bank in China.

Renting and returning the car was quite convenient.

Very straightforward and efficient collection and drop off. Car was ready and waiting.

The staff were very patient and offered a huge range of cars at the time of pickup. I was able to wait an extra 10 minutes for a larger vehicle and had absolutely no issues.

As a first time user, I was skeptical - but the process was seamless, and I got a rate that was half the price compared to going directly to the rental company. The added insurance was required as we unfortunately had some damage to the car during our rental.
