We waited for more than 3 hours to get the car. When your holiday is for 2 days, that in itself will screw the whole thing.. this is just unacceptable

“Couldnt get any more negative.”

Waited 3 hours to get car, staff on desk were useless just saying it takes what it takes. Will never use again. The drop off was also terrible, staff ignoring me, badly signposted to return the car - whole pickup and dropoff process terrible.

Didn't like rip off insurance extras and withholding over £1000 for over a week. The 'sell' makes the experience stressful. A scratch was also missed on checkout and the agent didn't send me an updated form as he promised. These moments and poor reputation of gold cars lead to distrust
