Affordable prices, relatively new cars. The pickup and drop-off locations are far from the airport, but there is a shuttle bus service.

The service was great! Plenty of cars! However, I did not get the Grand Cherokee I reserved. Clearly, it was available but they didn't give it to me! This is really unacceptable.

Thank you Alamo for your services. I will return to you if I need to book a car rental again.

Like: Shuttle picked me up right outside baggage claim, pickup took about 15 minutes after shuttle arrived at the Alamo lot. Car was clean, 12,000 miles on odometer.
Dislike: I paid extra for the vehicle to be a Jeep Grand Cherokee. They only had Jeep Wrangler’s left, but instead of giving me a Wrangler, the salesman insisted I pay even more for it. I ended up with a Santa Fe. Not even close! No floor mats even after asking. They also charge $4/gal for gas.
