We followed the instructions from the rental service to wait at the parking lot, but the actual pick-up location was different. After phone communication, we found that the Routes employee spoke good Chinese. However, it took multiple inquiries to finally find the pick-up location near the Routes company's container.

Attitude was average, long waiting time

The moaning and groaning from all the customers at pick up is a little contagious. Most people I spoke said "never again"...but I got really nice car, the rate was very good, and they even bumped the mileage allowance for me. So will use them again.

The car was not totally clean outside and inside was very dirty.

The booking is smooth.

They never want us to drop of. They leave us at 8pm at the rental car with no solution exept to walk and take a train at 20mn with our luggages
