Good prices but don't expect professional services.

We waited a long time to get the car, the staff at the counter and on the phone were not very friendly. The car was not very clean, they hosed down the outside while we were waiting, the inside was dusty and dirty. The prices were really good.

It was really easy to book online.

Almost everything was ok, except after we drop-off the car we received an email charging us more money because the mileage... So, we had to call them and ask for the inconvenience. Our car details included almost 1200km per day, thing that we didn't do at all. After talk with 2 employees of Routes they told us that was a mistake and we don't have to pay more. But that's not good, try to make people to pay more, and for sure some people does for not having problems. But make a mistake lying to the customer it's not fair at all. We finished quite unhappy because of that.

Like: Staff was efficient and very courteous. Clean, low cost office and grounds for incredibly low cost of car rental.
Dislike: The limited free mileage of 200 kilometers made me have to keep that in mind the whole trip, so it limited my trip.
