Long waiting to pick up the car! 1 1/2 hour! Allover greate car.

There was quite a queue at the Boston airport pickup point, but the counter service was relatively fast.

Service was satisfactory, and staff were friendly. However, there was no advance notice about the fine for late returns.

When I picked up the car, it was snowing heavily in Boston, and there was no one at the reception area. The attendant was very patient with me. Since I had to return the car early in the morning, the attendant patiently called to check if self-service return was possible. Due to an issue with the insurance on my order, it took a long time, and I ended up changing to an order with insurance. The entire car rental process took nearly half an hour, but the attendant was not annoyed. Considering that I was driving to Richmond, he offered me a larger car and repeatedly reminded me to be careful because of the snowy conditions in Boston. (Indeed, the roads were very slippery that day, and I could only drive at less than 10 km/h. Even slight acceleration made the wheels slip, but the roads were much better the next day.)

They don’t have the truck.They give me a mini van instead. Not very happy. The car was bumped and have noise when I driving or turning.
