The procedures were relatively simple, and the staff didn't ask too many questions. They just briefly checked the insurance document before handing over the car. However, the car model was different from what was reserved. Auckland Avis seems to have quite a few Hyundai vehicles.

The service was prompt and attentive, with convenient and fast pickup and return processes.

The service attitude was excellent, they upgraded our car model, and the car was very new!
