The car was ready for use when I arrived, it was clean, tidy and had fuel, exactly as required

Waited over two hours to collect vehicle.

The pick up was very slow. It took us nearly an hour to go through the process and we were near the top of the queue. They need more terminals.

Had to wait over an hour, complete waste of time. I would never recommend greenmotion. The cost more than doubled when accident insurance was applied. Cost was over £100 for 3 days. Although I hired for 3 days, I was only allowed 2 days mileage not 3 , so then had to pay another £10 for excess mileage . Overall I was an expensive disaster !!

The waiting time and handling documents takes very long. Counter was understaffed. Also the creditcard deposit is very high for such a small car and the refund takes a long time. This huge amount is blokking my creditcard for to many day's
