The service was excellent, and the car pickup and return process was well-organized and convenient. Remember to bring two credit cards under your name.

Reliable and trustworthy as they are a big company.

Car was dirty when I got it...I actually had to clean it. This car was heavily scratched and dented. There was also a cap on the back of the car that would fall and hang everytime I drove, I would have to slot it back in each and every time I parked with concern that someone would pull it out. ( I have pictures ). Upon my return, they didn't even got up from the front desk, didn't want to walk around the car to inspect that I had made zero damage, he just asked me if I filled the tank. I always rent from Avis at this location and this is the second time in a row that the car is dirty. I don't typically right reviews but this time was not acceptable. Not sure I will rent from them again.

Car was not as advertised or even remotely similar, of the model I chose not one was in car park for days meaning they simply were not truthful about range, car was damaged & in poor condition I was charged more than agreed price by 110 euros for no reason Picking up car was long & painful and returning car was nightmare with again long waits & total chaos, I returned car full of fuel but was charged again regardless - altogether disappointing experience

Easy efficient service with pleasant follow up & communications, good service and simple to follow instructions - overall a 5* service

Car was perfect for us a family of 4. Good value for the money we paid to rent the car.
