Not to shabby

The service staff who attended to us were very warm and patient. We bought additional insurance from the rental company, and our language skills weren't very good. Worried we hadn't communicated clearly, we asked many detailed questions. The staff patiently answered all our queries.

Eurocar was too eager to charge for late return even though it was not our fault that the car drop off was not easy to find and there was no one at the counter when we arrived to return the car key.

Car was dirty overall.

Yes. I was able to upgrade to an automatic Golf having accidentally booked a manual. I was happy to pay an extra $13 a day for that
