The international company is very efficient with the car rental and return process.

Car was a Kia cerato - not a great car but was in a clean condition. Windscreen wipers weren’t great in the rain. Otherwise, everything was great including service.

Great. Price drop protector is good. I don’t think we benefited this time but we have done before.

The car was not up to my expectation in terms of the condition of car(quite dirty inside), waited for another car but it was same as previous one which I just took it.

Everything was perfect except the phone didn’t answer. The recorded message said we had to stay on the line to arrange pickup, but then on all 3 phone numbers we were put through to a message bank and there was a message “the message bank of (number) is full. Please try again later. Not only us but two other renters did the same. There was a lot of anxiety and stress which was unnecessary even though the shuttle came within about 15 mins.

Excellent company. Everything worked as expected. No extra hidden costs.

Amazing and easy to use rent app. I would recommend to everyone.
