However, there wasn’t much assistance during pickup and return; one person just shouted a few things loudly and disappeared, leaving me unsure of what was said. I eventually figured it out after asking for clarification. Part of the confusion was also due to my lack of experience as it was my first time renting a car, and my limited English skills didn't help.

After completing the paperwork, there was an additional 15-minute wait for car pickup. Overall, Los Angeles has a high demand for rental cars, and there were many people renting cars.

We got a mid-to-large SUV, it was a Dodge. The pickup went smoothly. During the drive, there was a minor accident, but since we had full insurance, the rental company told us it was no problem when we returned the car. Just filled out an accident report and it was fine. Very satisfied!
