Nice car, shame about the service.

Car pick up was problematic: Firstly, it wasn't at the airport with the other car rental companies which meant it took much longer to get on the road. Secondly, the person dealing with the booking had no idea about my booking, despite me giving the reservation copy to her which she said she didn't need...a booking which I had made 5 months earlier, and she tried to give me a Jeep when I had booked a Nissan Rogue or equivalent. I refused the Jeep and then her colleague said, "Oh we just had a Rogue come in"...magically. This person was also quite rude. Additionally, the car tires were low and within an hour the warning light came on. This is unacceptable since you have to pay for air refills in the States. However, the person handling the return was excellent and efficient and friendly.

“Great staff.”

Easy process. They tried to give me a different type of vehicle saying they did not have any available but then found keys to the type i had requested originally. The vehicle was missing an antenna and the interior roof was dirty. The staff was fast and ready to help.

“Good value, trouble finding drop off location”

Car had been in prior accident and didn't handle perfectly on curves but was fine overall. 2-shuttle process to get to pick up location. Address given for drop off did not match up with Google maps, so I'm glad we weren't in a hurry to make our flight. Customer service was very good. Office and bathroom were dirty. Nevertheless a very good value for the price.

“Bad for Routes”

Very bad! The car I pick up the fuel are not full and I needed to return as the fuel I pick up. But no one can fill the fuel as you needed but only full fuel. So the only way you do is only fuel up more. So they can earn such money. I hate ROUTES.

“If you want to spend at least an hour waiting to get to the Route Car Rental Location, choose us”

It is totally unacceptable and unreasonable to have people first be taken by the "rental car" bus to all other car rentals and then be told to take another shuttle to get to Routes. The time involved is excessive and you are not informed about this before hand. I had to wait in line at the other counters to be told to go outside and take another shuttle van to your location.
