Nice car - especially for the price

Great and helpful site and easy to navigage

Arrived around 7:00PM on a Saturday. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and helpful, but kept getting distracted by phone calls because he was the only one at the counter. When we finished our check-in, he ran all the way through the lot to pull our car up. I could tell that he felt badly that it took so long - not his fault. Excellent service on his part.

Worked as expected.

Stuff was not professional at all. You do not talk about you personal stuff with other workers while taking care of the client. This place is so over stocked with cars (they rent and provide parking for the airport)you can barely get out with your rental. I had to call twice just to make sure I will have the car that I wanted. Price was the only thing that kept me from saying anything.

Like: The value for the price was excellent
Dislike: The company only offered Jeep Sahara vehicle which have poor sight lines, no backup cameras and are unwieldy in a city like Chicago

Like: Had a great trip, we had a Wrangler, super comfy ride, enjoyed travelling From Chicago and Indiana and back. We had so much fun!
Dislike: I have no complaints, everything worked as I expected.
