it would be nice to have a faster check in system I will have all my details written out but would be nice to have a quicker arrive and go system,

Easy process. They tried to give me a different type of vehicle saying they did not have any available but then found keys to the type i had requested originally. The vehicle was missing an antenna and the interior roof was dirty. The staff was fast and ready to help.

Cheapest prices around. I've used Easyrentcars several times and have not been disappointed.

It has been an excellent experience. Well above the expectations. My wife and I were both very pleased with the car. Our children loved it.

Got wrong information when called for assistance to get to shuttle. Very frustrated with with this experience & altitude of people answering phone. We walked b ack & forth 2 times carrying heavy luggage. O`hare us in transition. We should have been notified prior to day of pick up of changes & given direction.

Rental place took forever to get to, took a long time once there, staff was NOT customer service oriented and car didn’t have working A/C! Will never used them again.
