I got luxury car with no software update , not any feature working worst experience

Nothing to complain about. While another brand nearby had a long queue, this one finished quickly. No waiting needed.

I rented three cars over six days in Hawaii. The first was a JEEP, the second a Wrangler, and the third a Mustang. Each car was in great condition, and the service was excellent. Returning the car never took more than 2 minutes. I will collaborate with QEEQ again for my next trip and rent from Daole Company.

We booked a Jeep Cherokee but ended up getting a Chevrolet. Other than that, everything else was great. When we extended the rental for another week, it only took a phone call to arrange it. My English is not very good and the call quality wasn't great, but the representative from Dollar Rental was extremely patient, speaking slowly and repeating themselves until we understood each other. Finally, they informed me that I didn't need to complete any formalities at the Pittsburgh airport, which made me really happy. I'll definitely choose Dollar again next time.
