Easy and Affordable

After passing customs, I sent a WeChat message to inform them of my arrival. I received a response with the car model and license plate number after half an hour, but no car arrived at the designated spot even after waiting for another half hour. When I called customer service, they told me they had closed for the day and that the message I received was an automated reply. They promised to send a car right away, but I had to wait another half hour.

Absolutely disgusting experience, the car's tires repeatedly had problems during the trip, leaking air. Requested a vehicle replacement but they refused. I was told that the repair costs could be reimbursed, but it's been a month since I returned home and no one has handled this issue. Contacting Zuzuche didn't help either, as they kept delaying. Still no compensation.

They gave me an upgrade, which was great. The Lyft experience to the location was a hassle, but that's an LAX issue. Otherwise, the experience was great.

I am a seasoned car renter, and not easily pleasantly surprised, but YESAWAY's personnel was simply great - everybody was really friendly and fast, they picked us up late at night when we arrived, and gave us a ride to the terminal when we departed. I would definitely recommend YESAWAY to all my friends and relatives. Great job, guys!
