車は想定内、アメリカのものだなぁーと言った感じ。借りるまではかなりの列ができていて、30分ほどかかった。予約済みだったので、手際は良かった。

初めてなりようだったが、チャットもあり、電話対応も早く、利用金額も高くなく、保険加入してくれて、使いやすかった。でも、本当に保険が加入されているかはとても不安だった。

They tricked us into upgrading the package, costing us an extra $300.

the car was great, the location was also good. only issue was that the lot at the airport is massive and badly numbered. takes ages to find the car. i upgraded to an f pace as they didnt have the exact car i ordered. the car was in the avis lot but they didnt tell me to look in that lot.
