Terrible. We wait for more then 30 minutes on the airport to take the Van. When we arrived at the counter to take the car, they try to sell me insurance, I said I didn’t want and they said it was mandatory. I asked to cancel my booking they said ok, but they didn't give me any confirmation, I asked for just one email for confirmation and they said they couldn’t send. I tried to make a recording of the girl telling me that the booking was canceled, but she didn't want to talk, which makes me think they didn't cancel. I need to took an uber to the hotel and lost 2 hours.

They are the worst hire company that I have ever used, you should consider taking them off your site. Their shuttle bus took 1.5 hours to pick me up. When I picked up the car they told me that I either had to leave a deposit of $1800 on my card which I would not receive back until around 4 weeks after I dropped the car back off. The alternative was to pay them $390.00 to waiver this, this is the option I took. That fee was more than the rental fee it’s self. Absolute rip off.

“Horrible service by Easirent car Service while bookiing is way easier and smooth .”

staff didnt provide similar cars even though it was mentioned in portal while booking and asked for extra charges. Had to wait for 30 minutes while picking up car and people were shouting at the time of pick up car . Car was dirty inside and out . there was a TPMS error in the car which made me freak out through out the trip .

“Worst service ever. Rude and not informative.”

Registration attendant was rude and very pushy. Used fear tactics to intimidate clients to purchase excessive insurance. Did not give us clear directions as to where the car was on the lot. He seemed disgruntled due to the fact that we did not use his upgrades. Not good business. I am a seasoned business traveler and will not use your rental agency again. When we received the car the interior windows were dirty and parking tickets from your last client were still in the window.

Car was a disaster. Dirty, smelly, scrapped up, Poor maintenance, 2 tires needed 5-10lbs air each day. Counter staff unorganized, car turn around took almost 1 hr, and waited at airport for 1 hr to be picked up. Seats and interior so dirty we cleaned in ourselves and purchased blankets to sit on. Tank was near zero.
