This is a new car rental company with only one staff member. There was a slight delay during pick-up and drop-off due to some minor issues, but the service was still very good. There were few formalities for picking up the car and almost nothing to fill out, so I got the car quickly. The car's condition was good with just over 40,000 kilometers on it, and it was fuel-efficient, consuming slightly over 4 liters per 100 kilometers.

The service person was excellent. I was sorry I had no local currency left as he deserved a tip for his service. Tipping is rare and only for exceptional service in Australia.
