Like: They were out of kind if car I reserved and ended up in a truck. They gave me same low rate regardless and we enjoyed the truck. Good customer service.
Dislike: The only com0laint I had is that the costs/financial chages,were confusing.

Very good and smooth service at the rental centre in Miami Airport. Much better that what I have experiences in other locations. As always when booking through I broker, I hope for some kind of online checking process to reduce the time spent on data entry at the location.

“Beach vacation trip”

Like: Vehicle was very roomy and great gas mileage. Will be back for next family trip.
Dislike: All was good. Except I had to return vehicle a day late and was charged 38 bucks instead of the standard 26 a day that I had paid. Other than that it all went well.
