Compared to others, their rental prices are cheaper.

Everything was fine, except the rental car building was a bit far from the airport. Dragging our luggage for a long time and taking the light rail was quite tiring. The queue time was okay, but some people cut in line, especially South Americans. When we tried to reason with them, they pretended not to understand English. My husband spoke to them in Spanish, and only then did they step back, but they glared at us. Very poor manners, although this isn't the rental company's fault, just venting. There were no sales pitches for insurance, they didn’t even mention it. After using a credit card for the deposit, we haven't received the toll bill yet. We'll see if the charges are reasonable.

Because I had everything already done with QEEQ, the process was simple...no upselling of insurance, etc. everything went smoothly with no drama. Staff was professional and pleasant.

We did not get the vehicle we paid for. Was told they gave it to another party. Manager said he was fix the price and give us an additional 25 percent off. After we returned car they told us they could not do what the previous manager said. This was not our fault and we are asking for a refund. We were told one thing and another thing happened. We would like this resolved in a reasonable manner.
