Waited at the airport for forty minutes before someone came to pick us up. When returning the car at 8 AM, no staff was present, had to hand the keys over to a non-staff member, and there was no shuttle to the airport. The car was very dirty, the worker just gave it a quick wipe, and the gas tank was almost empty.

There was a long wait time to get the car key after the registration is complete. None of the staff cared about telling how long it is going to take to give the key.

Shuttle pick up time was longer than expected. Shuttle driver and counter staff were very polite and friendly. More shuttle service and additional counter staff will be helpful for faster customer service.

It was very easy to book online.

Will rent again from Routes for my next trip.

Like: Fast service, easy to find. Overall very positive experience. Would use again!
Dislike: Booked a Grand Cherokee, got a Jeep Sahara. Didn't even see Grand Cherokee's on the lot. Not a fan of rental agencies that subscribe to that kind of practise, but the Jeep we got was pretty cool. Didn't mind in the end.
