The instructions were clear enough to complete the entire process.

Hertz rental cars are very reliable.

Car was good. I only had a problem with Hertz as I had a late flight and called them directly as I am a member and asked if I could just go straight to my car. When I called and said I was a member, they asked for my membership number and then they proceeded to cancel my original reservation and rebook it and a much higher rate without telling me. Why? Who knows. This caused confusion at pick up to say the least. I took the car and decided to sort it out later. QEEQ took care of this for me after I called them and explained what had happened.

Poor customer service our car wasn’t available he didn’t help at all and we were international tourists. Offered no options just shrugged his shoulders. When we dropped off the vehicle we got charged 100 USD our car was not available no discount was given on the larger mini van option.

There was one man working, a line of people out the door, and unhappy customers everywhere. The first car they put me in was completely unclean and stank terribly of cigarette smoke. I had to ask for a different car, as I am a singer. They said they only thing left was this crappy Kia that had not been cleaned and had no gas. Because I was in a hurry after waiting an hour, I had to take it. What a mess.....
