I will never use GoldCar again they can go swivel

Very satisfied. The car model was new, the process was efficient, and there was no upselling.

Quite pushy with the sell up insurance and clearly weren't happy with me refusing it. I had to point out quite a few damages that weren't on the original damage report. Two days after dropping the car back off they rang me to ask why I hadn't dropped it off yet, I told them when/where I dropped it off, they have emailed me with the end of hire report so guessing it was just an error but they haven't rang back to explain or apologise.

No complaints here, everything went smoothly.

Have not received refund yet but told it could take 10 days. Car had scuffs but identified on paperwork at collection. Overall a good transaction, wait not too bad, car clean and tidy and no issues when using.

QEEQ told me via chat I would only need to pay for the fuel used ie fill up before returning. When collecting vehicle apart from the deposits which I was expecting I incurred a charge of 7€ of airport charge which I was not expecting. Not the end of the world but not aware

Had to go for a larger car, which I thought we might, but had HORRENDOUS experience with GOLDCAR!!! My c/card (the same one used to make booking) was rejected at checking, and on checking with my card provider, was told this rejection was instigated by the rental company itself (bizarre!) and at the moment am still trying to have a satisfactory explanation for this from them! Because of this nonsense contrived, it would seem, by GOLDCAR itself, this meant I had to totally rebook with them, costing me a supplementary 300euros almost, ENTIRELY due, it would appear, to GOLDCAR!!!!! Still ongoing, but not expecting too much from them with their attitude at the moment! Disappointed doesn’t seem strong enough!

Would be grateful for any assistance from Easyrentcars on this matter as it was with yourselves the original booking was made.

You are the worst rental car company in Europe, people at the counter are mean and disrespectful. Prices are competitive but I prefer to pay more and being treated as a human being. I would like to know if you would like to be treated the same way, if the answer is no, then act accordingly and train your people or fire them.
