One customer service rep gave poor service and info. He gave misinformation which led to being charged extra fees twice.

Easy process, good service.

We booked a minivan but Routes did not have that available when we went to pick up our car. The best option they could give us was 5 seater SUV. Since we had already paid for car rental, we had no choice left. Poor service.

First of all, I got had to wait over 1h to get the shuttle bus from the airport and I had to call three times to finnaly get picked up and once I got to the pickup location the young kid in the counter was so roud very and kep saying I have nothing else to do and that's all we have! So I booked a small sedan car but instead he gives me a pickup truck that use a lot of gaz I use to put 40$ a day just gaz and get over charged for the insurance.

Best customer service experience I had so far for a car rental. Everyone was so friendly and the ride was on time .

Reason for the long delay in getting the car I wasn't a where that they don't rent to Florida residents. The girl at the desk was helpful and explained they would have to hold a $1000.00 on a credit card which I did but not everyone would be able to do that.
