There were many people in line to pick up the car, but there were only two staff at the counter, which caused a one-hour wait. However, the return process was very quick.

There is a free shuttle bus right outside the airport that takes you directly to the rental company. The service is very considerate.

Staff were great, car was great, the queue to pick up the car was long, and only 2 or 3 staff taking the bookings. Surely the rental company knows exactly how many cars are booked per flight, and can therefore have sufficient staff on hand to deal with the influx. We had prebooked and prepaid, so only had to produce licence and sign off, but still had to wait in queue with others who either hadn't booked at all, or had booked and not paid. It was a long drawn out affair.

I was happy because there was "No" line so right up to the counter and out of there.

Loved that they continued to search pricing after I booked and got me a 10% discount from my original booking price - Yay
