Loved the people at Advantage! They were kind enough to offer me a discount! It was my first time ever renting a car and knew how expensive it was going to be for me considering I am under 25 years of age. Thank you everyone at Advantage for really helping me out. You made the experience worthwhile!

Advantage charged my credit card and stated our gas tank was not full at drop off. We specifically found a gas station that was open at 4:45 am to fill up our gas tank. This fraudulent charge is very concerning about company practices.

Easy to use.

Advantage customer care was awful. Vehicle broke down the following day. Spent an absolute age on the phone and the supervisor at Advantage was very rude. Apparently could not understand my ‘accent’. I could not understand her and it seemed to me her English was not very good. I spent 3hours in Universal’s car park waiting for assistance. I eventually got a replacement vehicle, but I have to say that neither the original or replacement vehicle were not very clean. Stained upholstery on both cars. These are the worst vehicles I have ever rented in the US in the 20 years I have been visiting. Avoid Advantage
