When picking up the car, its condition was mediocre with many scratches. I took photos for a long time but didn't get clear pictures of the glass and tires, and was ultimately forced to accept the claim of damage when returning the car.

At the car rental counter, they told me the trunk of the originally booked Tiguan was small and suggested I get a CRV diesel instead as it had a larger trunk and was more fuel-efficient. It would be better to describe the way much clearer and from Heathrow Airport to your location, find it very difficult to locate the shuttle and the right terminal. I ended up taking the TFL buses. The car we had booked was unavailable so we were upgraded to an SUV which was unsuitable for our needs being too wide. Other customers were also complaining when we arrived and we were fobbed off by being told this is what to expect from budget car hires. The body work was badly scratched.
