The driving performance of this Chery car is average. The power is sufficient, but the chassis tuning feels less smooth. Many roads on this island are mountainous, so drive carefully!

Madrid Airport T1, the store is easy to find, the staff speaks good English, and the fees were explained clearly. They didn’t push additional insurance after knowing I already purchased one.

This Company is absolutely appalling. They bullied us into taking some insurance policy which we didn't need, and said that if we didn't take it, they would charge us over €1500 deposit. We didn't get the car we booked, even though it was supposed to be guaranteed. The staff were rude, extremely unhelpful and downright unprofessional. I definitely would never use them again. Even on drop off, they were rude. They made me re-park the car and criticized me for not filling the car up at their designated fuel station (I assume they get a commission for that as well!)

Love the ease with which you can book a car, just wish on the App you could filter automatic cars!!

Collecting the vehicle was very slow,with kids in our party we opted to pay €50 euro for fast track because of the que in front of us,only 3 people behind the counter is not enough for the size of ques

Unfortunately the counter clerk was very new to job and didn't seem like he knew what he was doing having to constantly refer to other staff for advise. He was very pleasant and apologetic but after an early start we could have done without the long booking in process.
