Worthwhile & convenient.

Poor CS on pick up with endless hassle to get the car as a local hirer. Seemed focused on selling add ons and to foreign travelers only. Jetta should be medium saloon car not a compact. Had to let family travel by foot in order to transport luggage

Easy to use but should avoid easirent. Poor experience.

Had reservations earlier after reading some reviews but I must say the car and service given were good and above expectations.

Good

It took about an hour a half to receive the car there was a backlog of customers at the facility at Heathrow. The car trip meter was not put to zero but I only realised this after I had set off in the car.

The platform seems good.

Quick polite and friendly service.

On arrival was offered a GLA this is NOT an equivalent car or 'upgrade' as they later told me. I booked a V60 Estate or Similar, I expected something similar to this, there was no cars in their car park remotely close to this model. An upgrade was given but still not an estate and after a long discussion.
