Great value for money. Highly recommended and would definitely use service in future.

Very satisfied

Overall quite satisfied. The car wasn't great, but the service was excellent.

Was a little difficult with language. We are kiwis and all staff Asian descent. We did not really know about the 3rd party insurance arrangement. When we brought no excess insurance the thought of having to pay an excess and then claim it back sounded a little dodgy. thankfully we had no incidents.

1. It was a Nissan, not a Toyota; 2. The company phone line was disconnected; 3. Audio system and GPS was only in Japanese; 4. The lighter's fuse was blown.

Car was an older Japanese import and unfortunately the radio did not work otherwise it would of been 10 out of ten

Booking was quick and easy would defiantly use again
