The staff seemed indifferent, asked me to wait outside in line while engaging cheerfully with customers inside. I waited a long time before being allowed to enter, which felt disrespectful to customers.

The service was very clean and the atmosphere was humorous, which is quite remarkable in the US.

It's okay. There was no one early when I picked up the car. I refused their offer to upgrade the vehicle.

It was a terrible experience. I had to choose between Zuzuche and another company, and unfortunately, I made the wrong choice by picking Zuzuche. I paid 540 RMB per day for the rental, but a few hours after returning the car and leaving the shop, I was charged another 74 USD. When I hurried back to inquire, I was told that the previous payment was just a deposit and the 74 USD was the balance. I tried coordinating with Zuzuche for a week, but got no response. I do not recommend this service at all and will never use Zuzuche again.
