The tire had a leak. They just inflated it and said the problem was solved, refused to change the car. After a day, the tire went flat again, had to go to a repair shop to fix it! Extremely irresponsible!

The counter staff are very friendly and helpful. The transactions went quick and smoothly. Shuttle van bring us to the location which is nice because outside the craziness of the ORD airport.

“We were not happy with the new procedure to get to the "bus" to take u s to new terminal. We called”

Got wrong information when called for assistance to get to shuttle. Very frustrated with with this experience & altitude of people answering phone. We walked b ack & forth 2 times carrying heavy luggage. O`hare us in transition. We should have been notified prior to day of pick up of changes & given direction.
