The car was a Hyundai Tucson, but it almost similar to a Toyota RAV4 The waiting time at the meeting place (Viscount station) was more than 40 minutes. If there is no luggage, it is much faster to reach the place on foot in approximately 15 minutes. The staff does not want to admit that the insurance policies were not bought from them, they did not give the car without buying additional insurance from them! They also charged extra for after-hours car pick-up despite the fact that I arrived at the meeting place on time. The tank was only 2/3 full. The difference is not reimbursed for returning the car with a full tank.

They tried to give me a smaller vehicle than booked but once noted they brought the proper vehicle.

Vehicle far exceeded my expectations - location did not have an after hours drop off option - this was the only negative scenario.
