Good

The car was a Hyundai Tucson, but it almost similar to a Toyota RAV4 The waiting time at the meeting place (Viscount station) was more than 40 minutes. If there is no luggage, it is much faster to reach the place on foot in approximately 15 minutes. The staff does not want to admit that the insurance policies were not bought from them, they did not give the car without buying additional insurance from them! They also charged extra for after-hours car pick-up despite the fact that I arrived at the meeting place on time. The tank was only 2/3 full. The difference is not reimbursed for returning the car with a full tank.

When we arrived to pick up the car, we found out that the car rental company wasn't prepared and made us wait for 3 hours. After picking up the car, no staff helped us with our luggage and they overcharged us.

Only snag was calling for airport pickup, line was busy for about 10 minutes. Pick up was fast though and my car rental was upgraded to a Subaru Outback. Fast return and shuttle to airport which was just a few minutes away. Loved the car, no hassle rental, would use the same company again.

Found what I wanted without going through a number of webpages. Prices were in Canadian dollars. Got email confirmation right away. I'd use Easyrentcars again.

The car exceed our expectations. And the drop off was really easy, because we had an early flight, they told us just to park the car and leave the keys in the drop off keys. Everything was really fast and easy.

It was really easy and secure.

Like: Service in Charlottetown Pei was absolutely excellent! I've traveled all over the world and was most impressed with everyone at Ace helping with directions etc. Car was wonderful and super economical fin gas.
Dislike: Nothing I didn't like. Have already recommended ACE to several freinds.
