I've always rented from this company; the cars are in great condition and almost always new. The rental and return process is simple, though it's a bit of a distance from the airport terminal. However, their shuttle service is very good.

Can you please wash the car properly from outside and interior too. Overall customer service and car performance was excellent.

On line the hours were 7:00 am opening however the shop did not open until 7:30, so we had to wait half hour until we were able to pick up the car. Otherwise everything was great! Quick service, clean car. We will book again. hank you

I spent almost 2 hours at the pick up store. The process to get a car form Routes is so so lengthy and paper based and tiring that in that same time I could file my papers and start running for the Premier of Ontario. I mean its just crazy long process - location is short staffed as well. I still gave 4 star rating just because the person at the counter was courteous though also already frustrated with that kind of paperwork. I could actually see their coffee cup filled and cold - their management has to do something about this crappy situation. There were abt 6 people ahead of me in the queue and still I spent abt 2 hours picking the car.

Staff gave me hussle about the mileage even though it's within the 3500 km allotted by my reservation at EasyRentCars. Staff claimed mileage is 1400 km only and wanted to charge for all extra kms.
