Apex car rental were fantastic. The car was as expected, new, clean and no damage. The pick up and drop off was very straight forward with no issues.

Car was in good condition on the inside, clean and had no issues with the car while in use. The car did had alot of scratches on the outside from wear and tear from previous customers. Would use them again.

Smooth and easy process with booking, have booked another car because of the ease.

I posted a long review on TripAdvisor. I found the pick-up process to be very easy. However, I was upset when I dropped off the car, and found that there was no one at the office in Queenstown. Instead, there was a note on the door telling me to find a parking place downtown the leave the car, and then put the key and a note as to where the car was in a box next to the office tour. As I knew nothing about Queenstown and did not want something to happen to the car, I was not about to do that. About 10 minutes after I arrived in town, I tried calling Apex's 800 number, only to be transferred to a voicemail. When the agent showed up about a half an hour later, she was unapologetic. I will not use Apex ever again.

one of the car tires was not safe to drive and i suffered a side-wall blow out. Luckily, i was able to change the (small) spare and get to a service facility. Apex didn't give the best advice by phone, but when I returned with a receipt of service and the original tire, they quickly and professionally credited me for the charge I incurred.
