Car needed service

The staff initially provided a Range Rover, but I requested an X7. The guy actually found an X7 and brought it over for me.

The rental location is very close to the hotel, just a 10-minute walk. There were not many customers in the morning. We originally booked a Dodge 7-seater, but we got upgraded to a newer and more comfortable Toyota Sienna. The paperwork was simple and took only 15 minutes. The return location at the airport offers 24-hour service, and the return process was even faster. The inspection was done in less than 5 minutes, and the staff confirmed everything was OK. Additionally, a driver took us back to our hotel, which was very considerate!

I had rented from Enterprise earlier also. But last couple of times the quality of cars was bad. Not look wise but engine condition and driving pleasure wise.

Very happy with the app.

The air port shuttle did not go to this location should of mentioned that drop off times not convenient for air travel, staff not that friendly.

booking was easy price drop did not come into effect.

Like: the gas mileage was better but not why I rented a mustang convertible, The top was super easy operate in 20 seconds up or down
Dislike: for being a mustang I was surprised how under powered it was, no basic navigation either
