I liked Europe car they were good in the counter and drop off was also hassle free and totally free of mind. After this booking I tried with Thrifty Milan rent a car and they gave me very bad time, rude , unprofessional ,waited too long and didn’t get the car and cancelled my booking saying my credit card is a debit card in their system, WTF! which I had already used everywhere in Swiss.. That’s really when I understood quality of Europe car. I would try to Stick to Europe car but sometimes they aren’t affordable.

The actual car provided was a Skoda, and then I found out there was no cigarette lighter outlet. Many of my own charging devices couldn't be used. I had to switch the car, which took over three hours. Finally, they gave me a seven-seater Volkswagen.

The best part is, we were supposed to return the car at 11 AM since we picked it up at 11 AM, but because it was a Saturday and the tax refund office opened at 10 AM, we knew we couldn't return the car on time. We were still driving from Austria to Switzerland! Then we called the return service and informed them we'd be late, asking how much extra it would cost. He asked how late we'd be, and we said around 1 PM. He said 'No problem, it's OK, no extra charge.' Wow! When we arrived, we couldn’t find a gas station on the way to return with a full tank. The front desk staff was very friendly and told us there was a self-service station across the street and an attended one around the corner if we needed help. He even mentioned that gas is expensive here and it wouldn’t be cost-effective for us. Exceptional service! We filled up the tank, returned the car in a minute, everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!
