There were many hidden charges at the end, like premium station surcharge, license fee, and administration fees, which were not listed in the car rental agreement. These added up to over 60 dollars. The staff was specifically targeting Chinese customers and maliciously upgraded my insurance since I was unfamiliar. Will blacklist them in the future!

Easy platform and able to rent at a cheaper rate

Car rental return signage at Brisbane international airport is hindered by high grass and we thought europcar has a different return location and skip the drive in. We google search and it directs us to domestic airport to return. It is important for stranger driver to see a clear company signage for easy and smooth car return.

When I dropped off the car, a man just received the key. That's it. I wanted any confirmation document of the drop-off the car. But They didn't.
