Great to have a good car while on vacation

Very satisfied. The pick-up and return procedures are simple, and the deposit refund is quick.

Prepared a credit card for the deposit as required, and the refund was processed quickly after returning the car.

Overall satisfied. Just too few staff at the counter handling the process.

I was truly disappointed that at time of drop off Thrifty refused to provide a local ride to my work (less than 3 km), even though it is indicated they provide pickup and drop off rides to their customers at their website. The staff simply indicated that they are busy and cannot provide rides at time of drop off! I had to hire a taxi for $15.. Also, instead of a pre authorization for a deposit, Thrifty had already charged me $350 for a deposit which I have not yet received back post 4 day.

Receiving my deposit within 1-2 months is totally not acceptable!
