Excellent, very patient during both car pickup and return.

Avoid this company. If there is a traffic violation, in addition to the fine, you'll need to pay an extra €99 management fee to the rental company. Traveling to neighboring countries within the EU costs an extra €99. Failure to notify in advance results in a €300 fine. Very disappointing experience.

Excessive charges; the penalty processing fee reached 99 euros—it's like robbery! Charges were made without consent, truly outrageous!

There were additional charges that were not disclosed in advance. Moreover, the staff at the store had a very poor attitude. All fees and deposits should be informed to the customer beforehand! The car is okay.

Not bad, customer service is available almost anytime. There are just some restrictions for young drivers, highway toll fees, and a €1500 deposit.

When picking up the car, they explained the insurance process. Initially, I thought they were trying to sell me something. I told them I already purchased insurance, which was offered by their rental company (QEEQ package). They clarified that the insurance was actually from the website, but it didn’t matter—they said that in case of an incident, they would charge my deposit first, and then I could reimburse through Zuzuche. It was simply an explanation of the process without any pressure to upsell. We traveled through seven countries with a one-time border crossing fee of €199. They patiently explained which countries had toll booths and where vignette stickers were required. The car had a quarter tank of fuel at pickup, and it was the same requirement when returning it. The whole process was incredibly smooth (despite a minor scratch).

This car rental company is great—efficient and professional. After returning the car, they even gave us a ride to the airport!

The paperwork was horrendous , felt like i was marrying somebody!. and of course the bill ended uo higher then agreed, ( due to insurance I thought i already had) hongarian extras brought my bill about 75 dollars higher then expected

qeeq is an unknown to all , whom i asked . luckily the DRYYVE company was mentioned in the qeeq lettwr otherwise i still be walking around trying to find qeeq counters in BUD airport.
