They provided a relatively new Subaru Crosstrek. The vehicle was well-equipped, featuring CarPlay connectivity and LCC lane keeping, making the drive very effortless. It had decent power for a small SUV and looked stylish. However, the pickup location was no longer at the A1 parking lot southeast of the airport; it has moved to a farther place near Kmart Airport West. The store’s shuttle bus takes about 20 minutes, one way, to pick you up from the airport.

There was no queue ahead, and the car was ready and parked right in front of the store when I arrived. I was given a nearly new Nissan X-Trail Hybrid, which had only been driven 700 kilometers and was in perfect condition without any scratches. Except for the slightly complicated cruise control settings, the car was very easy to drive.

The actual car provided was an Audi Q2, in excellent condition with only 20,000 kilometers driven. The car was very easy to drive and performed flawlessly throughout the entire trip, featuring advanced technology.

When we picked up our luggage, we called the rental company, and a staff member drove a shuttle bus to pick us up. The pick-up point was easy to find following the instructions. The rental company is located a bit farther from the airport, but the car rental procedures were very quick, and they even upgraded us to a nearly new Mitsubishi Outlander! It was truly surprising. This car accompanied us on our three-day Great Ocean Road trip. When returning the car, the process was equally quick, and they also dropped us off at the airport. As instructed, after exiting Perth T1 International Arrival Hall, turn right and walk straight for about 100 meters to the shuttle bus stop between T1 and T2 terminals. Call the rental company, provide details like the terminal number at Perth, and the name of the person who booked the car. A car will come to pick you up in about ten minutes. When we arrived in the afternoon, they first gave us a new Subaru, saying the reserved model wasn't ready yet. The next day, it was swapped for a 2025 Nissan Hybrid model with 3,000 kilometers. The Nissan is bigger than the Subaru, which was more suitable for four people.

The rental company is an Australian local brand with very new vehicles. The process is simple, and there is no upselling. I will choose them again next time I visit Australia. Highly recommended!

The service is quite good, but finding the shuttle bus after leaving the airport is a bit confusing. The stop is outside Terminal 2. Of course, this is not the rental company's fault, it's mainly due to the airport. The car is very new, less than a year old, and even has cruise control assist, which is great.
