The car rental company provided poor service, and the vehicle was in bad condition as well. The car broke down midway, and when I contacted the staff afterward, they directly blocked me.

Overall, average experience. I booked a Volkswagen Golf but ended up with a Dacia Logan. The trunk space of the Dacia Logan is large; it can fit three 20-inch suitcases and one 24-inch suitcase. There is no physical offline location or staff to greet you at the airport. I had to ask airport police and roadside service personnel, and use a local phone multiple times to find the pickup point. It’s located outdoors on the opposite side of Terminal 2, in the middle of a parking lot, under a large lighting pole with a display screen. There’s no counter, and the procedures are handled in front of the car. If you don’t speak English, proceed with caution as it’s very hard to locate. Once I completed the paperwork and got the car, the staff left immediately. I couldn’t understand the settings in the car and tried to ask the staff for help, but none of my five or six phone calls were answered. The service quality was very poor. There are two deposit options for the rental—a direct deposit of 1000 euros or a deposit of 400 euros plus a 50-euro insurance fee (this 50 euros is non-refundable). It’s somewhat like a risk agreement where if the car is damaged or fines are incurred, the entire deposit is forfeited. To minimize risk, and given that canceling the booking and switching providers was not an option at that time, I chose the second option as a way to spend less for peace of mind. During the trip, I was very cautious and avoided accidents and fines. When returning the car, the staff said the car was dirty. We mentioned that we overfilled with 270 dirhams’ worth of fuel (this extra fuel was due to miscommunication with the gas station staff who misunderstood our request, which negatively impacted our impression of Morocco). They let the issue go after that.

Do not be deceived! This is the worst car rental company I have ever used. The listed price seems cheap, but after booking through the platform, I took a taxi for an hour to the airport to pick up the car, only to be faced with all kinds of additional charges, hidden fees, and unreasonable terms. After calculating everything, it was almost the same cost as other rental companies. Moreover, I returned the car nine days early and received no refund, and the absurd one-way fee was just added to the list. Unexpectedly, I lost the registration certificate, and they charged me 390 euros as compensation.

L'accueil de addcar n'etait pas facile a trouver, il etait a la sortie de l'aeroport et n'etait pas indiqué par des panneaux ou des logos, il fallait demander a des personnes PROBLEME NOUS AVONS DU RAJOUTER UN SURPLUS DE 130€ pour avoir la voiture car il n'est pas spécifié d'une manière claire qu'il faut une carte de crédit (et non de débit comme la mienne), car dans l'usage courant pour signifier une carte bancaire on dit une carte de crédit. Isn't this similar to a scam? Moroccan customs are very slow, and since I was 2 hours late picking up the car, the rental company automatically canceled my reservation. Not a single penny was refunded, so I ended up paying for a car I never even used. Consider it charity.

We arrived on time at the Casablanca airport car rental service point to pick up our car, but the queue was very long. The first car they gave us was not the correct model; we had reserved an automatic, but they gave us a manual Dacia Logan. We questioned this, and the rental company admitted their mistake and promised to replace it with an automatic. After waiting for some time, they gave us an automatic Skoda, which we then discovered was leaking oil. The rental company took us directly to a repair shop. After inspection, we found that the car was not suitable for long-term use. We had planned to drive directly from Casablanca to Marrakesh, but because of the car issues, we were forced to stay in Casablanca for a night while waiting for a replacement vehicle. The rental company advised us to drive back to a central hotel in Casablanca and promised to deliver a replacement car between 8:30 and 9:00 AM the next day. Early the next morning, we called the rental company, and they claimed that the driver had already left and would arrive before 9:00, though traffic conditions were unclear and there might be slight delays. After 9:00, we repeatedly called the rental company, and they said they had contacted the driver and he was delayed due to traffic but would arrive in a few minutes. Eventually, around 11:00 AM, they delivered an old and dirty car to us. The poor service from the rental company caused us to waste an entire day and we had no choice but to accept the old car to continue our trip. We demand compensation from the rental company for the delay and inconvenience caused by their improper vehicle arrangements, which forced us to alter our entire Morocco itinerary, wasting time and incurring unnecessary costs. We request compensation for the extra hotel night in Casablanca, amounting to MAD 1264.78 (equivalent to USD 127.74), and a discount on the rental fee for the old vehicle provided.

The main issue is that there was no noticeable guidance or staff at the exit during pickup. It would be better if the rental company could put up larger advertisements in the parking lot. Overall, the experience wasn't bad.

Very convenient. No hassle. Did not push us ti buy any additional insurance. They actually refined me 40 MAD as I did pay for the car parking when I took the car off them. So everything went really fine.

Excellent service, quick car rental without hidden charges.

There was no reception desk at the car rental company's airport location, and there were no signs. I had to keep asking for directions. At the exit of Parking Lot 2, there was a person with a POS machine, who seemed to be the only staff member and likely the owner. The car had only six fuel bars at pickup, and after driving five kilometers, one bar was gone. They don't refund any costs even if you return the car nearly full. They promised to refund the deposit in three days, but I waited a week without any result.

The vehicle was terrible, very noisy with more than 180k. I waist 90 minutes to have another car, I paid an extra 50 euro and the 2nd was horrible too, AC very weak and noisy, no power, gear problem.

j'ai loué une Renaud Megan ou similaire, malheureusement j'ai eu droit à une Dacia Logan, j'etais obligé de débourser le double pour avoir une C Elysée entrée de gamme, je suis vraiment insatisfait du prix et de la manière que ADD Car a gérer ma réservation...à fuir cette compagnie.
