The service was quite good, but the store at T1 train station was hard to find. The car had over 20,000 kilometers and had some scratches, but they were carefully noted.

No staff at the store, no one answered the phone. I called at least 20 times and waited an hour before I could contact the rental company.

Do not rent from this company, and definitely do not use QEEQ. We rented a VW Touareg but were given a Jeep Cherokee. When we complained to QEEQ, they did nothing to solve the issue. Many others in our group who rented a Touareg also did not get one. These two companies are scammers.

One word: terrible! The details: Poor vehicle condition (the car was old, had been driven over 100,000 kilometers, and all four tires were worn out. After negotiation, they claimed no replacement vehicle was available, which led to issues like punctures and flat tires, severely affecting the trip. Poor service: A minor scratch on the rear of the car resulted in an outrageous demand for €600 in compensation. Although comprehensive insurance was bought through the platform and the insurance company could cover it, the price was absurdly high, practically extortion. After lengthy negotiations, the amount was reduced to €200. While still excessive, being on their turf and needing to catch a flight left no choice but to accept.

Satisfied. The car I rented was in good condition and had only driven around 37,000 kilometers.

The store is not located where most car rental companies are; it's in a more hidden place. You have to ask around to find it.

J avais choisi un modèle diesel vu que je comptais faire beaucoup de kilomètres et le diesel et moins cher donc déçu

The reserved car model could not be provided. Booked a V6 AWD SUV but had to negotiate for almost an hour. Initially given a sedan which was totally unacceptable, ended up getting a city 2.0L four-cylinder SUV, not as promised in the order.

en general fue bien pero no hay un mostrador y yo no tenía tarjeta local para llamar; tuvieron que llamar desde otras compañías y lo mismo para la devolución del coche Asimismo, el coche no estaba lleno a la recogida (de hecho me indicaron que estaba a 6/8 pero estaba a menos y yo acabé dejando más de 7/8); debía dejarse al mismo nivel pero acabé dejando más porque es difícil acertar; prefiero la política lleno/lleno, es más justo

Personne pour restituer la voiture pas normal j’ai téléphoné la veille et le lendemain à l’aéroport personne j’ai téléphone la personne n’a pas voulu venir pour restituer la voiture obliger de donné les clés à l’éntree du parking

Le loueur m’a fait attendre plus d’une heure à l’arrivee Pour la prise de la voiture. La voiture ne correspondait pas à celle que j’ai loué (j’ai eu une Dacia Logan à la place). Sinon tout s’est bien déroulé par la suite.
