The car rental agency is located on the G floor of the building across the bridge from the airport. Take the elevator, turn left, and go to the end to find Sixt.

The rental car counters of EUROPCAR are located either inside the airport terminals or just outside the halls, with clear signage. The staff carefully verify documents and contracts during the rental process, providing excellent overall service.

Picking up the car was very convenient with proper guidance.

It's okay, the efficiency is relatively high.

The service was great. Although I didn't understand English well, after a patient explanation, I mostly understood. They showed no impatience.

Very satisfied. Got a nearly new car with 300 kilometers, low configuration but with L2 driver assistance, which was enough. Drove 3000 kilometers from Sydney to Canberra to Melbourne in 10 days. Fuel consumption displayed as 8.2. The Subaru Outback has a large trunk, fits 4 people with 2 large and 2 small suitcases (3 suitcases of 28 inches can fit).

Overall service was great, and the pickup and drop-off process was very convenient. Unfortunately, I didn't get a Toyota; the Isuzu was slightly harder to drive.
