I explained the situation in detail and contacted customer service, asking if I could use Alipay or pay cash at the store, but I was refused. The response was that I couldn't pick up the car and wouldn't get a refund. In the end, I couldn't rent the car and had to take a taxi to the city to rent another car. The company said it was my responsibility and decided not to refund me. Can't the company that collaborates with Alipay accept Alipay as a guarantee? Can't I use cash as a deposit and get it back a month after returning the car? Sigh. A few days' rental fee went down the drain and there was no way to complain. I can only learn from this experience.
