Excellent and professional

The service is convenient with no unnecessary hassle. The vehicle inspection was casual. The car was very dirty, not in good condition, with insufficient power. It often had issues shifting gears and needs maintenance.

Overall service is acceptable, but the pickup point was extremely difficult to find. Spent half an hour looking around the airport, and even calling them wasn't helpful.

I accidentally chose a manual car, but the staff patiently explained everything and generously upgraded it for me. Remember to ask the staff for the exact return location when picking up the car. When returning, drive to the designated underground parking level as indicated by the company. For me, I drove directly to level B4, locked the car, and handed the keys to the staff, and that was it!

The Rentscape agent was kind, welcoming, and made an effort to get us a vehicle 30 minutes before our appointed time. Good marks! The agency does not accept American Express which caused us some consternation as we used this card to book on Qeeq and Amex Assurance covers rental cars in France. the vhecile was not a recent year Audi and lacked some basic "mobile pairing" features. It also was not spotless. Rentscape should update it's fleet, accept American Express and be very attentive to exterior car cleanliness.

I find Qeeq optimal. I was nervous that such a turn key solution would work. But it was seamlessly accepted. Bravo Qeeq Com. I have shared our positive experience with others!

Extremely satisfied!

I felt deceived. I booked a BMW 3 Series, but when picking up the car, I was informed it was unavailable. They offered me a compact Nissan SUV instead, claiming it was larger than the BMW and there would be no additional charge. The Nissan was too old, so I negotiated to get a Golf, which looked acceptable on the outside but had 110,000 km mileage and a dirty interior. There were strange noises from the steering and brakes, and the car would noticeably shake at speeds over 130 km/h. They charged a high deposit of 2500 euros, and I was worried I wouldn't get it back. The only good part was the quick and smooth return process for the deposit. I won't be tempted by their cheap prices again; you get what you pay for.

Three days after returning the car, there were two unexplained charges of over 60 euros each. The Zuzuche customer service has been saying they're contacting the store, but I still haven't received a response.

The car was perfect for the purpose of my booking … moving things around. Even though it was damaged when I picked it up but the staff member took a video and acknowledged all the little defaults. The staff is always very pleasant and professional.

Unexplained large charges

Very friendly staff. They gave me some spiel about roadside assistance and cleaning charges and tried to get me to pre-pay in case needed at a discount. Made me worry that they'd be sticklers but when I dropped the car off, they didn't make much of a fuss. All round good service.

The car wasn't cleaned, both the interior and exterior were quite dirty, and the gear lever felt worn out.

Overall impression is good

Very satisfied, the staff at the store had a great attitude and provided fairly clear explanations.

The car was in poor condition and the deposit was too high.
