Very good at answering questions. I did not think we would get the car we had requested but we did! The instructions on where to find the car rental was very helpful.
The staff were very friendly, parking was very convenient, and there was a gas station nearby. When checking the car, we informed the staff that we had refueled nearby, and they didn't even check the fuel gauge. Alamo is managed by Enterprise.
